Included in my last order from Agridime was a hand full of these cards.


It says "share with friends" and I consider pit members friends.

I've ordered from them because they offer a selection of primal cuts. (I've ordered prime chuck roll, beef navel, and boneless chuck ribs that they call chuck flap or something like that). The products have been very good as was the shipping and prices. I've mainly used them because they offer cuts that are hard to find at commodity prices. The prime beef navel was around 7-8 per pound.

Interesting. Glad to find another shoulder clod (chuck roll) and beef belly (navel) source. Shoulder for chopped beef, and the belly for beef bacon or pastrami. Sometimes hard for my butcher to get. Thanks!
