If you look closely at the small print at the bottom it says that they don't sell product prohibited by law...
Is that something new? "We don't sell drugs or guns, buy our product...???

Well, when I lived in NJ (Shop-Rite territory!) there were (and probably still are) laws about selling liquor on Sundays, and they varied county to county (and town to town in some cases).
But in this case, they're probably referring to items from different taxation brackets, like small appliances, tools, ammunition and furniture. NJ had some pretty Byzantine regulation stacks about commerce, if I remember.

"Under home rule, New Jersey law grants individual municipalities substantial discretion in passing ordinances regulating the sale and consumption of alcoholic drinks within their limits. The number of retail licenses available is determined by a municipality's population, and may be further limited by the town's governing body. As a result, the availability of alcohol and regulations governing it vary significantly from town to town."

When I was growing up in NJ, the town we lived in was “dry”, or alcohol-free. (The town was Quaker-run.) So when Dad wanted to get his occasional case of beer, he would pop me in the car, and we would drive the WHOLE mile-and-a-half to the next town, where there were liquor stores.
