I am a big fan of their Maui Wowee seasoning on chicken wings or even just a lowly boneless, skinless chicken breast. Their Nashville Hot seasoning is also great on wings. They do quite a few collabs with chefs and pitmasters. If you are looking for basic herbs and spices they also have those. They are local to me so my spice cabinet contains quite a few different bottles from Spiceology.

How quick is their shipping? I need to order some stuff, but I leave the country in a week...

I believe they ship priority mail? So usually it takes a day or so to process the order and then 2-3 once they ship it? I am only a couple miles away from their headquarters so my stuff usually gets here the next day. Or I can go pick it up. I would be somewhat confident it would get to you within a week but of course couldn't guarantee that. Not sure if they are backed up with holiday orders or not that could add a day or two to processing.
