Dalstrong is having a pretty good sale right now. A bunch of knives are 15-25% (a few at 40%) off and they have a bunch of their cookware at 60% off. I am a fan of their knifes and have some cookware as well. The cookware is quite heavy and is well made. Good pots and pans for the price. I would assume this sale will run through next Monday but some of the good stuff will probably be sold out by BF/CM.
I wish that was a different series of steak knives, 70 bucks ain't bad for 4 non-serrated steak knives but that frost series is NOT my jam. My wife might think different, so we'll see
Not a fan of the Frost series either. The Shogun series has been my favorite so far. And the Gladiators are nice, especially for the price. I just got a new Quantum boning knife I am going to use in a few days for a brisket and that feels pretty good. Kind of a different shaped handle but not bad. The Phantom series seems good too.

I got the corner cutting board in, you cannot beat the quality for 50 bucks. I would have taken a pic, but it looks just as good as their website pics.
My only major issue with it, is it doesn't have a juice groove (obviously knew that before the purchase). No big deal I'll hand it off to my neighbor to rout one in for me for a few beers. There was also a little raised glue residue on one of the joints but I hit it with a piece of high grit sandpaper, it took maybe 20 seconds.
Now a serious issue I have is NOT with the board, but the only corner in my counter space... well I just discovered it's severely unlevel. So I'm gonna cut the corner notch off too. Shouldn't be a big issue as the corner piece is just glued on, there might be pegs but it won't matter.
And something funny, I've only ordered Dalstrong stuff from Amazon before. The board I ordered direct from Dalstrongs website since it was cheaper than Amazon, it was delivered by Amazon
