I just got off the phone with Amazon. I spent 30 min trying to get through to these people with no satisfaction. The bottom line is that if I order one and am not satisfied, contact Amazon and they will contact the seller...
Edit to add the important part of the follow up email Amazon sent me.
"I'm sending this email as confirmation that in order for us to be able to communicate with the seller and see the order on our end , you will have to place the order . than if you do not like the outcome on the order, we will be more than happy to contact the seller on your behalf and they will respond back to you within 24hrs-48hrs after an email is sent to them."
