Here's your chance to get the outstanding OJ Bronco at a heck of a deal. This is the HD exclusive orange colored, regular Bronco WITH cover. Regular $399, now discounted $30, PLUS, if you're a veteran they will take off another 10% which brings down the price to $332 before tax. Since the cover is included, that puts the smoker itself at around $300 for comparison sake. The kicker is, since these discounts bring the smoker down below the 399 free shipping level you'll have to do a store pick up. Still a deal that's hard to beat: OKLAHOMA JOE'S Bronco Drum Charcoal Grill and Smoker in Orange with Cover pack 284 sq. in Cooking Surface 22202159 - The Home Depot
Well, it might pay to check their site weekly to see if they put the Pro up next. Despite the propaganda, the economy is still struggling and it's the off season for cookers as well, so we're probably going to see more deals down the road. Ya just never know where or when the next special will pop up.

Reading your writing above is music to my ears.
Once home interest rates hits 10% - 12% it’ll be crying time again!
For awhile it was a sellers market but that’s getting ready to turn around to a buyers market soon, especially once I tell them to drop their home price $50,000 some just take a loss and they’ll do it.
Those of us old enough saw home mort rates at 18% in '80. Not great, but life went on enduring the pain. Different demographics today though, so we'll see....
Uncle Bob I was actually a Real Estate broker in ‘80! Tough times and paying my bills was a “challenge”. It got so I had to leave that business just to eat. Never looked back.

Uncle Bob In the mid 80's I was transferred to CA and I had a 12.75% mortgage. After a year or two I refinanced at 9.5 % and was thrilled! And no, I did not walk to school barefoot in the snow uphill both ways.

Though in the 80’s a large amount of home mortgages was WELL under $95,000 for a three bedroom. High Interest rates on $350,000 three bedroom home payments wouldn’t be affordable. Payments would probably be $3,400 month.
