The beef ribs are $10 cheaper than last month's sale! I couldn't resist, they've quickly become a family favorite and often delivered bigger than advertised. The only thing above I haven't tried is the pork butts, a cost:benefit decision for me personally, but the other products have always been fantastic. I like to wet age their whole loins 30-60 days and then dice up.

Their shipping: if you order by noon CT Wednesday it will ship this week, if you order after noon Weds through Fri they will ship Mon next week and arrive next Weds (2-day shipping). Shipping is free with orders $150+.

I think so too. Some folks bawk at chuck short ribs, as if they're a lesser beef rib, but to me these things are amazing!

You bet! I too ordered 2 more orders of 'em. Got 2 racks on the Yoder with maple & ash wood as we speak. My kids get more excited about these than anything ekse I cook, including brisket.
