- If not cooking outdoors, I am cooking on the stovetop with my 14" carbon steel wok, 12" CI skillet, or in the oven with my two Lodge CI pizza pans, or two dutch ovens. I've also got a nifty Lodge carbon steel grill pan that rocks for veggies outdoors.
Meh. For that price I'll go over to Academy and buy B&B briquettes. They are now up to 9.99 for a 18# bag, but burn a lot longer and cleaner than Kingsford for me.
Now if we were back to the days when I could get two 20 pound bags of KBB for 9.99, it might be a different story. I had 60+ bags of that piled up in my backyard shed at one point!

With all the deals I hear at Academy I really wish we had one around here! I don’t see B&B many places other than Ace Hardware and the cheapest I can find it is $13 for the 17.6 lb bag. On a side note I finally sucked it up and bought a bag of B&B briquettes but I want to burn through my last half bag of Kingsford Pro first. I have a feeling once I use it I won’t want to go back.
