      Weber sent a very nicely published cookbook when I registered my WSCG. It was okay, but a couple of the recipes were a little sketchy, especially the brisket. I had a thought of sending them MH's book and highlighting the "Mythbusting" parts.

              I see this controversial advice from Weber is on display here. This is how I do it. I use the top vent for any fine-tuning just as Weber recommends. I'll bet most people here (including Meathead) do it the opposite way.
