3 Cuisinart smokers (one sold out already), no reviews on them here. The propane model looks an awful lot like my Masterbuilt MPS 340 XL, which I love. One Camp Chef Smoke Vault 24", reviewed here and given a platinum award, one Bradley electric, can't find it reviewed here.
If not cooking outdoors, I am cooking on the stovetop with my 14" carbon steel wok, 12" CI skillet, or in the oven with my two Lodge CI pizza pans, or two dutch ovens. I've also got a nifty Lodge carbon steel grill pan that rocks for veggies outdoors.
Wow - if I didn't have a home remodel going on that is never ending, as well as a looming pay cut at work due to supply chain crap killing our business, I would be pulling the trigger on that Smoke Vault 24 for sure. I've wanted one for years, and that's the lowest I've ever seen one. Not to mention SWMBO would kill me if I drug something else into the backyard...
I need some of you to succumb to MCS, since I cannot, and order one or more of these smokers that are on sale! Now! Just do it!

That Camp Chef at $200 (shipped if you're Amazon Prime, $6 I think if you're not), looks pretty sweet. I'd be down with it if I didn't have my Masterbuilt. The ability to convert to NG, and the additional width (fits half-sheet pans) and the ability to crank it to 400 degrees are great features for a gas burner.
Exactly. I have an outdoor NG hookup that I've not used in many years, since moving my grills to another part of the yard. It's just begging for a Smoke Vault 24 to sit right there for smoking/baking without ever having to go chase after a propane tank.
Those poor souls who bought the Bradley….
I’d have to agree with the AR "would not recommend" rating. A friend of mine bought one years ago and after many sub-par cooks it has been replaced with a pellet grill and now is a full time dust collector. That, and I just can’t get behind anything with a proprietary fuel source.
