I have never used any of their pans before but I am a fan of their knives. I have some cookware coming Wednesday or Thursday but won't be able to give any hands on thoughts on it until after that as I will be out of town this coming week. Hate it when I can't play with my new toys right away!!!

Everything I read on their site about their pans seems legit. Looks like some solid quality 5 ply copper core cookware. I know a lot of their marketing and design is a bit over the top but if the cookware is anything like their knives it should perform pretty well too. And the 40% off brings the price down to a fairly reasonable level as well.

Anyone here ever tried the Dalstrong cookware?

JoeSousa Thanks to YOU, this showed up on my front porch today! This is the Avalon series 5 ply copper core with hammered finish, in 8 quart size. This is a real thing of beauty. It is HEAVY, and appears to be very well made. I am really impressed so far. I have had some good cookware and some crap cookware over the years, and I think I am going to love this. 😎

I unboxed some of my stuff and it definitely feels solid. Not a huge fan of how deep the fry pans are but that 5 at stock pot feels excellent. Nice and heavy!

Had the same reaction with mine. Havent had the chance to cook anything in it yet but hopefully tomorrow ill think of something.
