This is a incredible deal. I have the 17” bundle like this and paid more for it. 😩 If you’re on the fence, buy this and get into the griddle cooking adventure.

I am thinking my hurricane kit needs this. And by "needs this" I mean it is a good excuse to get one, but I really do not need it.

OK got it, Need it or not, Its shipping. But thats cool, it will make a nice stove top or outdoor tabletop griddle when I do not need the 36 inch.

I thought that too. For about a minute or so.

Awesome deal! I picked up the 17” for $79 at Wally World. Didn’t come with the lid or carrying case. Used to to replace my Coleman stove for truck camping trips. So much easier cleanup…no pans! You do go through propane pretty quickly, so I’m looking in to getting either a 5 or 10 pound propane tank.

Good point about no pans. Often I bring my jumbo Joe and cast iron. The weight and packing size adds up.

Get an adapter hose to use that with a 20# tank, and that's a nice portable setup, assuming you have an outdoor table to set it up on. I can certainly see it replacing a Coleman stove as Yohawk mentions. Not sure where I would put my camping coffee percolator though... my experience with trying to boil water on top of a griddle versus on a regular burner has not been the best.

I refill the little camping propane tanks from a 20 lb tank using an adapter that you can get at harbor freight and elsewhere.

If I didn’t already have the 17” I would put one in my cart!

+1 here, although the deep fryer attachment on the 17" comes in handy every now & then!

May I be of assistance, jfmorris? Of course, it includes a minor touch of MCS! It’s old, still have the original box, and I don’t have to crawl out of my sleeping bag to get it going in the morning!

There you go! Is that one of the ones that will burn gasoline, or do you have to buy the special Coleman fuel?

jfmorris, it’s an old 502 from 1973. It runs on white gas and has been extremely reliable. Adjustable flame, heats quickly. Works well with a small fry pan, but it’s been my coffee maker for a long time.
