If not cooking outdoors, I am cooking on the stovetop with my 14" carbon steel wok, 12" CI skillet, or in the oven with my two Lodge CI pizza pans, or two dutch ovens. I've also got a nifty Lodge carbon steel grill pan that rocks for veggies outdoors.
Yeppers, just took advantage of this as I've got about a 1/2 inch left in the bottom of my Hatch Valley Green bottle. Going for the hotter version of that this time, along with the 4-pepper blend, and a bottle of the Dark and Smokey Rub. I love the Dark and Smokey peppers on pizza, and put the Hatch Valley Green on about everything. Popcorn, eggs, veggies. It's not super spicy but has a really nice flavor.
