I placed an order as well. I got a pairing knife and a chefs knife. The handles look gorgeous!

Yeah. I did some followup reading on the brand (after i ordered of course) and it seems that series is an off the shelf blade with customized handles but the feedback is generally pretty good. I guess we will see.
