I've had the plastic meat grinder (works just fine) and upgraded to the metal one (works way more finer). This is a pretty good price for a very nice KA attachment. Looks like they have refurbished ones for $54 bucks, an even gooder price.

YouTube is good for pasta making, and for sauces as well. In particular, I enjoy Lidia Bastianich videos. Our own saces range from simple to exotic, and nearly all of the red sauces that come out of our kitchen are well seasoned, with a touch, or more, of heat from crushed re peppers. We don't do bland food.

Large Big Green Egg, Weber Performer Deluxe, Weber Smokey Joe Silver, Fireboard Drive, 3 DigiQs, lots of Thermapens, and too much other stuff to mention.
A few years back I bought a Kitchen Aid. It sat in the box for several years before I gave it to one of my sisters.
Not that there’s anything wrong with that particular tool, but I don’t make anything that I would need it for. I bought it because it was on sale.
