Supporters (this is sent as a BCC but intended for you),
Less than 12 hours after a tornado hit Dallas, Tx our team had equipment and resources heading in route to serve those affected by the tornado. We will be serving lunch and dinner starting today. We are set up in a Lowe’s parking lot not far from the heaviest damage area.
We have gotten a disaster event created in our mobile app and our volunteer team is releasing volunteers to help our team on the ground prepare and serve the food. We are prepared to ramp up if we need to but are starting with the capacity to do a couple thousand meals a day in the areas most affected.
I will update you with pictures and more details as I get them.
