Wide Lanes - A Better Pitmaster Club Viewing Experience

Have you noticed the removal of the right sidebar which had been a mainstay for many years?

It's gone.

We will continue to share some promos (not third party ads, if you are seeing actual ads as a logged-in member see this post to fix that) but now spotlights and promos are in the form of a full width banner tucked above the topics list under the menu bar. This is of course referring to desktop views not mobile.

Enjoy the wide lanes!

This really is an improvement in the design. If you are like me, right handed. I scroll mainly with my right thumb when reading an article or scrolling up or down the page and I have accidentally clicked on something in the right margin I didn’t want to click on numerous times.

Huskee - great update. How about addressing the big block of stuff at the bottom of the members pages. The free side doesn’t have all this.

Yeah... all that info should be in a link (or three) in the footer, and not literally in the footer. It is in fact in links in the footer of the free side of AmazingRibs.com - but not in the Pitmaster page.
