I am. In fact, just for kicks, I logged into BBQStars with my password for over there, watched a video until it was complete. I then exited my browser, came here, went there, logged in again, and that video shows a checkbox in the list of videos (I just watched the first one under Matt Pittman), but if I click on it, it will play all over again.
I did this on two different computers with 4 different web browsers - a Mac with Safari, and a Windows 10 desktop Dell with Firefox, Chrome and Edge.

Thank you for this great set of videos! Problem for me and maybe others is the BBQ Stars login is not accepting my e-mail address that I use for amazing ribs. The only address I have ever had and it shows on my amazing ribs account as the correct address. I created my new password with my correct e- mail address yesterday to gain access to BBQ Stars and it worked. Then I logged out and when trying to log in today it says wrong e-mail or password. When hit forgot password (which I didn't forget) it will not send anything to my email because it is not in the system in the BBQ Stars page. Thanks for working on these issues. Maybe others have this issue also.Comment

You should have received an email with a link to set your password on BBQ Stars. Your password here is not transferred (an cannot be transferred). As your email address is on one of those ISP's that just blocks email as spam for no reason. I can try to have the system send it again. Sometimes this works.

When the videos would play, there was a picture of Tuffy basically in the middle of the screen when I went to the site before log-in.
Now, there is no picture there. -
Some basic questions, in case you don't already know these things...have you tried doing a cache clear/hard refresh? First log out, then for PC, press Ctrl+F5, for Mac, Cmd+R. Also, do you use a VPN? I do and sometimes they make things go inexplicably wonky, so if you do try disabling it then log in and try again. This might help or it might have nothing to do with your issue, but it doesn't hurt to try it. I can't replicate the Firefox issue myself, so it's not Firefox. I use Win 10 though. -

Still unable to log into BBQ Stars. Worked one time when I set up a password now doesn't recognize either my email address or password. Try to reset and I never receive the email.Comment

The is because your email server is blocking the email. Comcast is notorious for blocking email that it considers spam.Originally posted by docs74 View Post

I have a lady in the class I teach at church that is ALWAYS complaining she doesn't get emails about class stuff, prayer lists, etc. She is on Comcast. I cannot send to her from a Gmail account - it's blocked. If I send from my Apple iCloud account, it goes through. Because of that one lady, I just send all my emails using iCloud... -
jfmorris Funny thing about this is most folks who have such email accounts are very resistant to change, whether they're 'too old to learn a new way', loyal to the email they've had for 15 years, or they hate the big guy (Google) and refuse for that reason. We have some members who have occasional trouble and who seem to fit all 3. I don't understand why you wouldn't just sign up for a free email that you know will work, but hey humans are interesting critters.

No worries. I am a big fan of Firefox. My preferred browser. You could try a clean up, what they call a refresh (reset) of Firefox.

I did re-install Firefox this morning, but to no avail.
I also tried shutting both anti-virus programs OFF. Still didn't work.
However, just now @ 1:30PM EDT, the site works for me. Yay!

When I went to set up my account per your instructions, I found I already had an account with BBQ stars, with a username and password. i guess I must have bought videos from them in the past. Anyway, now that BBQ weather is here in Chicago, I will definitely be watching them.Comment
