Lots of choices. I am waiting for them to arrive. In the meantime, I have been using the included bags and they are great. Bonus: I can still use the remaining food saver brand as well.

Foodsaver 11" rolls are the ones I use. Buy a couple rolls from them for now and sign up for the emails on their site. Once or twice a year they have 30%+ sales and you can buy a few boxes to stock up. I also like to keep handy a box of their expandable bags for larger cuts. Don't bother with the "resealable'' type bags or pre-sized bags, just get 11" rolls

Large Big Green Egg, Weber Performer Deluxe, Weber Smokey Joe Silver, Fireboard Drive, 3 DigiQs, lots of Thermapens, and too much other stuff to mention.
I buy the cheapest ones in rolls from Amazon. They work the same as all the others.

We use a lot of vacuum sealer bags. We buy these off brand bags in boxes of 8-25 ' rolls. Use then for freezer and sous vide up to 190º for hours. Never had a problem with then leaking.

- If not cooking outdoors, I am cooking on the stovetop with my 14" carbon steel wok, 12" CI skillet, or in the oven with my two Lodge CI pizza pans, or two dutch ovens. I've also got a nifty Lodge carbon steel grill pan that rocks for veggies outdoors.
I have been buying these bags for use with my Foodsavr. The biggest issue is the roll is too big to fit inside the Foodsavr until I use about half of the bag material, so I just cut what I need with scissors until that point.
What I like about these is they are expandable, and I have no issue vacuum sealing things like a brisket or a big slab of ribs.
I only use this for the big stuff, but they are good to have. Been working on the last roll for a couple of years. Aside from these, I have only used Foodsavr brand bags that I bought at Sam's Club. But all I have at the moment is the big expandable roll, and I have frozen and sous vide a lot of stuff with it.
