I just received a DynaQ w/Pit Viper as an early Christmas gift. After I unboxed it, I noticed apparent damage/quality issue on the fan. Have any of you encountered this with BBQ Guru products before? If this is indicative of their products, I rather ask for a full refund than exchange. What do you guys think?
