A favorite recipe of ours is tumbling western ribs and chicken in a basket clamped to the rotis rod. My last basket finally fell apart and my source for replacement is gone. Does anyone know where to get a well made basket?
John, that even looks better than the one I had. 2# to 3#each of country style ribs and chicken pieces coated with Meathead's Memphis Dust and tumbled for about 1 1/2 hours is really good when served with Cajun Baked Beans and Cajun Potato Salad. Thanks for the post. Wetlander
