My temp probe went kaput between cooks. I sent a warranty inquiry to FB, exchanged one email for clarification, and a new probe is on the way. The whole process took very little time. If I had done it early in the day, probably less than one day.
So FB CS has my vote of confidence. I suspected they would.

Now I have an Anova sous vide, the Dragon blower and 2 Chef alarms from Thermoworks.
Too often people post their cs nightmares it's always good to hear the positive stories. I dealt with Camp Chef cs a month ago and they too were on top of their cs game!
