I'm using my new controller to do pulled pork and I'm thrilled. I had already gotten pretty good at using the big Primo with just the vents, but the temperature would drift while I was sleeping and sometimes I'd under or over shoot the target temperature.

On this cook the temperature has stayed within 1 degree of 225 the whole time with no input from me. The Android app was super easy to set up and works great.

Does the app still not have an audible alarm?

I have the standard Aubers and one day need to upgrade to the Wifi so it can reach my bedroom.

It has an audible alarm and the WiFi is great. I was able to monitor and even make a temperature adjustment from the gym. The cook was taking forever so I increased the temperature at the end.

Sweet. I'd have to dust off my tablet since my phone disconnects from the Wi-Fi regularly.
