Jerod Broussard, I think I would try to Find a Piece of High Temp Gasket Material and Cut a New One or Contact Auber and See if they have Replacements! I don't Know if any Harm is being Done but I am Sure Your Fan is Vibrating Some! Hard on the Finish of Your Weber?
