If I could, I'd rip this thing off the smoker, burn it, and cook the brisket in the oven.
1. This thing set for 225, NOT cold smoke, will not get above 150 on every cook on start-up. I have to wait for the igniter to go out and manually restart the igniter.
2. I have lid detection on, it shows it on the app, if I open the lid to load the meat somewhere above 225, check out what this thing goes up to in retaliation. It topped out at almost 325.
Awesomely built smoker, absolute piss poor controller thus far.
