Like a lot of others I bypassed the built-in MGS controller in favour of my Fireboard 2 and continue to be blown away at how stable this combination can maintain temps. Today, as with a lot of days down by the lake, is pretty breezy but the pit is holding rock steady at 225*F. Smoking a chuck to 160*F IT for a batch of Beef Birria tacos tomorrow.
