I finally pulled th trigger on the Fireboard 2, added a pit viper fan. I also bought two of the Weber ports. And added this handy piece to my billows.

Just teasin'...I think you will really like the FB v2, especially with the fan control. I like the Signals, but the FB is my goto.

What is that piece attached to the billows? I used my billows the first time yesterday, and it worked really well.

That is an option you can buy from thermoworks, and then if you add the Weber adapter from bbq guru, those two, make it it an excellent fit, and the Weber adapter, greatly reduces chance of ash and charcoal pieces getting into the billows fan.

I’m only one person, and I’m sure so many people are just loving their billows. But after running the fireboard and the pit viper. That was a really good user experience. I enjoy my thermoworks meters but, they are likely back ups at this point,

Strange thing. I feel I have not given thermoworks enough credit, I have not used a signals, so I can’t fairly compare. I feel like I need to get my hands on a signals. As the added piece they offered. Fixes some of my possible issues with it, and my guess is why they came out with that attachment.
