Ordered this one. It arrived yesterday. Plenty of time to test it out before Thanksgiving!

    …but…

It’s dented and scratched In multiple places. Almost looks like a bad refurb job. So I’m returning it.

    The replacement arrives…next Wednesday! 😬

Pleeeenty of time to make sure everything’s dialed in for Thursday 🤦‍♂️

At least I got my hands on it so I know what to expect. And I ordered some 1/6 pans and adapter bars, so I can get more items in, especially those we need in lower quantities.

Hey y’all, the replacement steam table arrived last Wednesday, so I didn’t have time to test. Just fired it up on Thanksgiving…thankfully it worked great!

Water was within 1° of set point, as verified by my Thermapen One. It did a great job of holding food for several hours - everything stayed moist and hot - even when we went back for seconds!

My wife was on the fence about this thing when I ordered it, but after its stellar performance and rave reviews of our family, she’s a believer!

If anything, that thing just says, "I know what I'm doing."

Looks like it worked out perfectly. Much cheaper than installing a second oven to keep things warm. Congrats on doing such a fine job on your first Thanksgiving in your new home.

Wow! That is really cool, and big, especially for the price.

I’ve been looking at these for several years. Usually they’re close to or over $300. This was a relative steal.

If I walked into a house and saw that my first thought would be, "this person is not messing around!"

There is actually no chance SWMBO would approve that. We did, however, just buy two more of the Miller Mats.

Something like that is what my wife wanted - she likes our festive serving trays, and thinks the Vevor is too industrial looking.

“This is a family thanksgiving, not a soup kitchen,” may or may not be a direct quote.

But after receiving high praise from all our family, and experiencing the results…she agreed it was a good addition. She’s cooking up ways to make it look more decorative for our next big meal.
