In 2012 I bought a portable Duxtop induction cooktop. I haven't used it much, but I did last Sat. It wobbled when I set it on the Weber Performer table and I realized that one of the little rubber feet was missing. With some research, I found out that Duxtop is a brand from Secura. I emailed them to see if I could buy a set of the rubber feet, (a set to make sure all the feet were the same size). I did not expect an answer until today at the earliest.
About 2 hours after sending the email, I received a reply. They wanted a photo of the label on the back of the cooktop to make sure they sent the correct feet. They asked for my addy, but did not ask for any $$. They called it a courtesy replacement. I did not expect free feet for a 13 YO product.
I don't have any connection to Secura, but thought it was worth posting a link for the great CS:
