    New grinder plate for chopped brisket success

    Been eyeing this grinder plate for some time. It has three openings. Hoping it wouldn't mince as much meat as the other plate.

    It does a better job of leaving small strands.

    It came with the new grinder. Upgraded from a No.8 to a No.12 throat.

    On my set of plates that's identified for sausage stuffing. Looks like it left some nice chewable "chunkies".

      I have one of those that came with my KitchenAid metal sausage grinder. Works great, as you say, for making chopped brisket and pulled pork.

        I have a version with two holes, it is a sausage stuffing plate but would be great for chopping cooked brisket or pulled pork like you did.
