Other useful bits...
KitchenAid 7-qt Pro Line stand mixer
A Black & Decker food processor that I can't seem to murder
A couple of immersion blenders, one a "consumer" model & the other a "high end" Italian thing. Yes, the Italian one is a bit better, but only marginally
Instant Pot Duo Evo Plus 8-qt + accessories like egg-bite & egg holders
All-Clad pots & pans, along with some cast iron...everything from 7" Skookie pans to 8.5qt Dutch ovens
Weber GBS griddle, pizza stone, and wok
Knives range from Mercer to F. Dick to "You spent how much for one knife? One knife?!" LOL
I have no issue with the June per se…but that Weber purchased 100% of the company raises an eyebrow. Can’t help but think their core products are indeed going to suffer at some point…more than they currently do. They may have lost the plot. Think I’ll pick up a WSM or two before they go the way of the dodo.
As for the cost? Pfff, it’s only money and they’ll make more. LOL I’m with rickgregory on this one. My gasser was more than twice that…15 years ago. The WSCGC was about double. And the rest of the cookers & accessories..? Don’t even want to add that up. Purchase what you like, make it work, use it and enjoy.
