SV is my favorite way to reheat brisket. I’ve never reheated the full packer just half the point or chunk of flat. If it was me I’d do 3 hours at 140 in the bath straight into a 400 F oven on a wire rack in a half sheet pan for about 20-30 minutes until the bark looks nice. Maybe let the brisket cool fully before vac sealing too so the suction doesn’t squeeze too much juice out

I will give your suggestion a try. I will be reheating the full packer brisket so I might leave it in the Souv Vide a little longer.
I like the idea putting in oven to bring back the bark.
