KAB and/or Field Skillet. The KAB makes things much easier in the BGE. Fires burn better and clean up is easy. I have on in all three of my kamados.
I have a couple Field skillets and I love them. I used them all week on my Montana trip a few weeks ago, they were great on the river. The #12 is a full 32 Oz lighter than a comparable Lodge No.12. They have a great, smooth cooking surface and and the shaped, 360 degree pouring edge is great in the bush or on the patio, when you want to pour at any angle.
As for the SNS, meh, you can always go old school and bank the coals, or use the Weber charcoal baskets. That would be my vote, but I am also not really a kettle guy. (Gave my kettle and SNS away a couple years ago.)
