Weber 26 + SNS or Kamado E6?

    Here’s a couple pics of my 26. One showing how I set it up using the standard SnS, one loaded with wings and another with thighs using the vortex. I have several cookers, grills, smokers but this one gets the lions share of the cooking.

      bill111 I'm using the foil for a couple reasons. It helps funnel the air to the coals, I think it helps with my fire management...I could be crazy but I think it works. Then the biggest reason is it makes clean up so much eaiser.
