This is my favorite accessory. I have used this more than I ever thought I would. We love the grilled vegetables on it. It was only like $38 with free shipping. I am thinking of getting another one for my other kettle grill

So tell me, how do ya build yer fire, to have a consistent griddlin temp??? I has my own ideas, but I'd rather rely pon yer experience

I use a single layer of coals or 2 high depending on what I am cooking. I usually have a small cool side to move food to slow down a bit. Bottom vents open about half way since I leave the lid off when I am using it.
