Ahhh I can't wait till it gets here. It's going to be the perfect compliment to my SnS. No more messing around with foil in the bottom of the grill. Oh, and I cant wait to try and make some smash burgers on it. Its going to be delicious!
Now its time to start the processes of convincing the wife that I need a BBQ Dragon...wish me luck!
Nice piece of hardware - I have mine catching the drippings of my packer brisket. Wouldn't mind one bit if they made an XL version to fit better on the 26", but then I guess it's primary purpose is more as a cooking surface over the smaller side's direct heat, not as a catch pan.
kars85 in pics and videos I've seen they try to position the pan in the center, but I agree it doesn't seem ideal for use on the 26" if you aren't getting full coverage.
For those with the DnG, do you have to shift the pan around over the SnS in order to get it all to heat up, or does the thickness of the steel make for even heating across the whole pan?

I have the DnG pan, and I love it. My grill thanks me every time I use it! One benefit of it I noticed is that it helps prevent ash from coming back up to coat the food when you do a sweep during a cook.
Young Fellers, I hope You find your Drip & Griddle as useful as I do! It replaced a 20 Ga SS Baffle Plate that I had My Furnace Man's Shop cut for Me! I
had ordered it give me Better Air Flow from My DigiQ Dx-2 Temp Control to the S 'n S! I found that Temps were much more Stable with the Baffle Plate!
I had measured incorrectly when I had the Plate made slightly Under Sized? I ordered the Drip & Griddle when www.abcbarbecue.com made the available, I knew David Parrish could Measure better than Me and He did!
