    First Cook with SNS Grill Grates

    Finally got to reverse sear a couple New York Strips using the SNS custom cut Grill Grates I got for Christmas. Ran the grill grates flat side up for a full sear with the surface temp right at 660 degrees. Excellent results and couldn't be happier.

      Beautiful looking steaks. You are going to really appreciate the two sides of those grates. It took me six months before I went to the reverse side and now I use them equally. As long as you have that IPA in your hand you are going to keep turning out these results. I don't BBQ without one!
