Welcome to The Pit Bcelmins! We're glad you joined! The only one I have recorded times on is 225 on my 22" Kettle with a cold ~8 lb pork butt, using KBB:
Starting with 12 lit and adding the rest of a full chimney, I add more at 7 hours when I typically have enough left to pile in the corner creating a stack about the same size as the initial 12 I lit.
