    Expected Cook Times with SnS

    I'm still tinkering with my new SnS and I'm looking to dial in a general guide to cook times in the SnS with varying levels of KBB.

    I would love to see what others are getting. Let's assume ideal conditions (moderate weather, no serious wind issues, etc).

    @225 F:
    Full Chimney: ?? hours
    3/4 Chimney: ?? Hours
    1/2 Chimney: ?? Hours
    1/4 Chimney: ?? Hours

    @325 F:
    Full Chimney: ?? hours
    3/4 Chimney: ?? Hours
    1/2 Chimney: ?? Hours
    1/4 Chimney: ?? Hours

    Welcome to The Pit Bcelmins! We're glad you joined! The only one I have recorded times on is 225 on my 22" Kettle with a cold ~8 lb pork butt, using KBB:

    Starting with 12 lit and adding the rest of a full chimney, I add more at 7 hours when I typically have enough left to pile in the corner creating a stack about the same size as the initial 12 I lit.

    We'd love to get an intro from you over in the Introduce Yourself channel when you get a minute.

      So, one chimney of KBB @ 225 can yield 8 hours?
