I use it all the time. I have it so dialed in that, (for fast & hot cooks), I don't bother with a digital thermometer anymore.

About the only thing I don't use it for, is burgers. For that, I just re-use the extinguished charcoal, from prior cooks, on charcoal grates.

Does anyone else leave it in all the time?
