    Bacon-wrapped fatty on the SnS

    It really is so easy to work with. I cooked three fatties and put them on little pieces of aluminum foil to keep them from falling through the grate.

    Afterwards, seared the soft side of the bacon.

                    IrondeQuer Just curious as to how long (roughly) do the fatties take to cook with the bacon wrap? I have been meaning to try this for quite a while. I use Jimmy Dean Hot sausage for my biscuits and gravy most Saturday's.

                      Yup, I was targeting 160 internal, although I overshot it when I fell asleep watching TV. It didn't take long, under 2 hours if I remember correctly.
