Weber Summit Kamado with SnS and Vortex.. Broil King Baron, Primo Oval Junior. Primo XL. Love grilling steaks, ribs, and chicken. Need to master smoked salmon. SnS Max Temp I could measure.

Got my infrared gun from Thermoworks and was using SnS, so I tested out max temp I could measure. Popped a small cast iron skillet on the hot zone, and measured with IR gun. 784 degrees F max temp! Woohoo!
