    SnS Max Temp I could measure.

    Got my infrared gun from Thermoworks and was using SnS, so I tested out max temp I could measure. Popped a small cast iron skillet on the hot zone, and measured with IR gun. 784 degrees F max temp! Woohoo!

    NICE. Try it again using Kingsford competition briquets or B&B briquets.
