So we got an email from a customer today... He said he was trying to leave us a review on Amazon, had typed it all up, but the submit button was missing. At first I'm thinking "operator error" and asked him to make sure he was logged in. To which he tells me he's logged in and has left many reviews and knows what he's doing. Oh and he's submitted a report to Amazon to see what the issue is.
This got me to thinking, though, that we haven't gotten a review on Amazon in a couple of weeks, so I'm beginning to wonder if the review system isn't working for us for some reason (seems far-fetched but I'm a worrier
). Seeing as we need all the reviews we can get anyway, I'd appreciate it if someone would try to leave us a review, and let me know whether or not you have any issues submitting it. Here's the link to the review page. Thanks to anyone that can help.
