Rotisserie fun

Kicked off the long weekend with my new basket for the rotisserie, the wings turned out absolutely perfect! Can’t wait to use this again, any suggestions on what to cook next?

If not cooking outdoors, I am cooking on the stovetop with my 14" carbon steel wok, 12" CI skillet, or in the oven with my two Lodge CI pizza pans, or two dutch ovens. I've also got a nifty Lodge carbon steel grill pan that rocks for veggies outdoors.

We have had a chicken basket for years but we never used it that much as we found it a pain to clean, we spray it good before use with Pam and that helps. The rear burner in my Napolean works well with the basket.

marshall Have you tried this Crisco Grill Master spray? I’ve found it works better on the grill than regular kitchen Pam spray.

Some cool tricks with the trash bags and clamps to assemble and eliminate the mess. I have clamps like that in my wood shop. 👍👌

So, that’s how y’all operate huh? Goad me while I’m drinking? ðŸ¥¸ Just an FYI, but SNS is the only mfgr. who make a rotisserie for their kettles. They’re slightly different dimensions than the Webers.
