Hard to tel what type of serration that knife is. If one side is flat and the other serrated, then as Mr. Bones said. However, it looks like the serration goes to both sides which seems to be a rather strange way of doing a serration. You would either have to flatten one side and treat it as a "normal" serrated knife or you would have to get diamond files and sharpen each dip. Are the serrations straight across or angled? Would need to see edge on shot and other side shot. Also, if it is passed thru to each side then sharpen like a normal knife without serration.

I'm guessing (from what I can see) that we are looking as the backside of the serration...if that's the case, diamond files and waaaaaaaay too much work is in your future 🤠😀
You can always sharpen the flat side with a ceramic rod (~1k-2k grit), though eventually you'll need to use files on the face side.
the Worksharp will remove too much metal too fast to be useful in retaining the current edge geometry while sharpening the edge...unless you wanted to regrind to a straight edge 😎🤣
