    Pizza Cutters My New Favorite!

We just discovered what I'm thinking is the best Pizza Cutters we have ever used.
Big Green Egg Ultimate Pizza Wheel..
Ergonomic, easy to clean and a self storing case.
The Big Green Egg Ultimate Pizza Wheel has a durable stainless steel rotary blade that is sharp and precise for serving the perfect slices. Its non-slip grip with an integrated blade guard is quickly disassembled for easy cleaning in the dishwasher. For EGGcellent pizza recipes and tips, visit BigGreenEgg.com/pizza.

I have never really liked the wheel type cutters, but glad you like yours. We've had ours for years, this one is not it, but ours is like it. https://www.amazon.com/American-Meta...306885&sr=8-46

Been using one like that for several years based on an Alton Brown rec. - the ergonomics just make better sense.

Gift from daughter-in-law. Actual a descent cutter. Just needs a guard. Click image for larger version

I would think a chop saw would be far superior. Scissors require to many short strokes.
