I want to send a huge shout out to the club staff and all their collective efforts with the wealth of guidance in all areas. I'll confess I'm not much of a "knife guy" since the knives I'm allowed to use in our house are my chef wife's hand me downs. Well for me I couldn't be happier. Very nicely made and at a decent price point. I then went ahead and ordered the 3" paring knife. Thanks Amazing Ribs for all you do.
