Knife Sharpener worth a look?

Not sure if the link is going to work. I have seen the sharpner in the flesh and it is kind of intimidating but the reviews tell me it's a goodie. Funny that the video demo is made in the US but the knife is manufactured in SA.

One of my clients is a knife maker and was selling a similar, but not as fancy, sharpener. It works well (my boss bought one). The ONLY reason I won't buy it is that I have several Japanese-style knives that need a 15 degree angle for sharpening.

I never go over 20*, and my Japanese knives are all 15*.

Can you elaborate on that? I have the worksharp and I love it but this looked really promising.

The 30 degree edge is much to wide. Agree with RonB
