Cuisinart Knives

So I saw these on Amazon a week or so ago and couldn't believe the price. These get outstanding reviews so for roughly $35 CAD for the set, I took the plunge. I have them. My favorite was the paring knife, I was pissed when I lost it, probably got tossed in a pizza box.

Love the "too sharp" review.... ROFLMAO. On a serious note Cuisinart has something right about their choice of stainless and treatment. I am using the same Cuisinart processor my mom had 40+ years ago. I have never sharpened or replaced the cutting head.
