If not cooking outdoors, I am cooking on the stovetop with my 14" carbon steel wok, 12" CI skillet, or in the oven with my two Lodge CI pizza pans, or two dutch ovens. I've also got a nifty Lodge carbon steel grill pan that rocks for veggies outdoors.
Wonder how this compares to the Work Sharp Ken Onion edition? I need a good knife sharpener. and had been waiting on that one to go on sale, based on reviews on here...
I did a lot of research on both before deciding to wait for a good sale on the Ken Onion. This sharpener I was really going to get, and burfections youtube vid on it while negative actually sold me on the ChefsChoice! But the Ken Onion also does axes and scissors, so it fits my needs better even if it requires slightly more skill to use than this one.
