    My last one.....maybe

    Ok, I purchased a Nakiri knife from Lamson. It's the last one....promise. Unless there's another good sale

          Sounds like my wife when I take her to the greenhouse in spring.

              Beautiful knives. Are you sure you don't need two of each?

                I have a Lamson vegetable cleaver (larger blade). It’s a damn sharp knife.

                  Nice knives.
                  Beyond that, I’m not gonna say a word. Last one indeed. LOL

                      “Last one” can be summed up with some simple maths…
                      It works the same for guitars, and cookers, and golf clubs, and…well, you get the idea.

                      In this case, I’ll use N for the optimal number of knives that you need.
                      And K for the number of knives you already have.
                      The equation is really quite simple.

                      N = K+1

                      The beauty is in the simplicity.

                      Remember: It’s not an addiction, it’s a collection.

                        Resistance is futile. Love my nakiri. It is a custom by Hiko Ito.

                          I had to look up that brand of cutlery. Dang! That's beautiful stuff!

                          Starsky - glad you found Hiko's site. I had mispelled his last name - now corrected in my response (Hiko Ito). His knives are not just beautiful to look at, they are some of the best balanced knives I have ever used. Great hand-feel, and sharper than all get-out.

                          There are some things that I just don’t need to see…
                          And that was one of them thank you very much. LOL
